ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
The Music Stand was founded by Hope Jones and Arlington Jones.

In 2005, God gave Hope a detailed vision of a music arts center. She wrote down the ideas and shared them with Arlington. One year later, she started writing a book for musicians and their spouses called The Music Stand. Arlington has always desired to use the music he creates to bless people. So after much prayer and counsel, they founded The Music Stand in 2013.
Having overcome personal and professional obstacles, Hope and Arlington have a heart to encourage musicians and their families to rise above the challenges of life and reach their full potential. Since the beginning of their marriage, they have mentored individuals and couples in the music industry and beyond. They are known for producing inspiring music and dynamic concerts.
All in all, the ultimate vision is for The Music Stand to be a source of arts renaissance for musicians, music lovers, and kindred spirits. The ultimate goal is to build The Music Stand Performing Arts Center & Museum, a state-of-the-art complex with a theater, recording studio, practice rooms, lodging for guest artists, educational rooms, an art collection, and more. We also want to become an exclusive Steinway piano facility. We want to offer support & scholarships to young artists who seek to pursue a professional career in music. We want to be a global resource & outreach for professional musicians and music lovers. We want to develop strategic partnerships locally, nationally & internationally with organizations & creatives to help the arts thrive.
Arlington Jones is a classically trained jazz pianist, prolific composer, and Steinway Artist. He performs internationally and advocates for the preservation of live music. Hope Jones has a background in the hospitality industry so she thrives on helping others. She specializes in creative design, artist & business relations, conflict resolution, writing inspirational literature & songs, and the curation of arts & lifestyle experiences.
